Delete my account.

Customer notice: Deleting your account is permanent.

You will lose your history of health tracking, appointment preparation, and community support.

All personal identifiable information will be removed from our database within 45 days. 

By deleting your account, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you will not be refunded for the unused subscription time.

You are welcome to start a new account with us at anytime, however your previously associated email address may not be available until after your previous subscription end date.

To delete your account: Open the FoXX Health mobile app, go to your “account page”, and select “Delete My Account.”
